He has also worked as a software developer for 2 years with HSBC Technology India for Guarantees, Trade & Receivables Finance (HSBC GTRF) department under Commercial Banking domain of HSBC. During his summer internship in B-school, Nairit worked with the Advisory LOS of PwC India as a management trainee in Consulting (Government and Public Sector) strategic business unit, where he was responsible for formulating medium-term period strategies for economic revival and growth of India post-COVID. Nairit's educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Indore, and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi.
