Nakul Malhotra is a highly motivated Software Engineer with over 4 years of relevant experience in the industry. He is currently working at OLX Group as a Software Engineer, where he is responsible for developing and maintaining software applications for OLX Autos. Nakul has a strong passion for the software industry and is determined to work hard and gain valuable experience in this field. He is a quick learner and has a proven ability to deliver optimized solutions aligned to business requirements. Prior to joining OLX Group, Nakul worked as a Software Engineer at Hughes Systique Corporation, where he was part of the DSS Ordering Team. While working at Hughes Systique Corporation, he developed REST APIs for migration of SOA based OSS/BSS model into a Microservice based architecture using NodeJS and OracleDB. He also used ApiGateway for secure routing and was part of migrating Ordering Validations into a framework Microservice with validation rules in MongoDB that could optimize the order capturing phase across divisions. Nakul has a good familiarity with containerized Microservices deployment using CI/CD pipeline (Jenkins) and is hands-on with PL/SQL DB objects in Oracle. He has implemented a couple of POCs on NodeJS and Quarkus. Nakul holds a Btech degree in Computer Science from Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology. He also completed his 12th from Shivalik Public School and 10th from St. Georges College. Nakul's tech stack includes Software Engineering, Microservices, NodeJS, P2P, MongoDB, Spring Boot, SQL, Javascript, MySQL, Spring, CI/CD, Kafka, Jenkins, and Java.
