Naman Agarwal is a dedicated SAFe RTE professional with over 9 years of experience in the Automotive, Telematics, Payments, and Finance domains. Currently working at HARMAN International as an RTE, Naman has a perpetual inclination to contribute towards stakeholder's growth for the client and organization he works for. He has a strong understanding of the process and business functions, which is reflected in his work. At HARMAN, Naman has managed and optimized the flow of value through the ART and Solution Train using various tools, such as the Program and Solution Kanbans. He has also facilitated PI Planning readiness by fostering a Continuous Exploration process that drives the synthesis of a Vision, a Roadmap, and Backlogs, and through Pre- and Post-PI Planning meetings. He has facilitated periodic synchronization meetings, including the ART sync, Scrum of Scrums at the Essential SAFe Level, and provided inputs on resourcing to address critical bottlenecks. Naman has assisted with economic decision-making by facilitating feature estimation by teams and the roll-up to Features. He has helped manage risks, dependencies, and tracking impediments. He has worked with Product and Solution Management, Product Owners, and other stakeholders, ensuring strategy and execution alignment. He has improved the flow of value through value streams by improving and assessing the practices associated with Integration Strategy. He has produced weekly status reports for management to consume and take decisions upon. He has also led efforts on Budget Planning for a calendar year w.r.t Program including all the costs and assisted Chief Customer Engineer in decision making by giving inputs on various aspects of the program budget. He has understood and operated within program Budgets and ensured adherence to Guardrails, working closely with the Finance Controller. Before joining HARMAN, Naman worked at PhonePe as a Test Lead, where he planned for product planning and building new app features. He interacted with different stakeholders/Product Managers for release planning and product roadmap. He performed Quality Assurance activities such as Requirements Review, Design Review, Test Strategy Review for iOS Mobile App for PhonePe. He followed Agile processes and provided all QA Approvals for the Releases with all Release documents. He also led a team of engineers who were part of bimonthly app releases. Naman's educational qualifications include an MBA from NMIMS and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Sikkim Manipal University.
