Naman Balaji is a Junior Software Developer at justtrack with a passion for building highly scalable and robust software systems. He also automated the provisioning of customers in a region by developing APIs and integrating previous workflows. Naman optimized existing DB calls and wrote unit tests for services. He used technologies like Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and postgreSQL and deployed services in various environments using AWS ECS and S3. Naman also worked as an SWE Intern at argonaut, where he developed a backend service using Golang, Kubernetes, and PostgreSQL for a fully managed PaaS that lets users automate DevOps and manage resources within AWS. He also developed a solution that allows the creation and deletion of cloud resources like cluster, node groups, S3 buckets, etc., with a single click by making use of Terraform and Kubernetes Jobs. Naman developed features like automated deployments and app install by leveraging Kube client SDK and Helm SDK. He wrote concurrent code for time-intensive tasks like resource creation and got execution time down by 80%. Naman has a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from Manipal University, where he will be graduating in 2022. He also attended Maheshwari Public School, where he studied Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and English.
