Naman Doshi is a Full-Stack Data Scientist with over 5 years of relevant experience in the field. He has a proven track record of converting business problems into data-driven solutions and has domain expertise in Payments, Fintech, Digital Banking, and Financial services in India & Southeast Asia. Currently, Naman is working as a Data Scientist alongside the CEO office at KBZPay (via Crayon Data), the mobile wallet extension of Myanmar’s KBZ Bank. Here, he is driving financial inclusion for 30 million people and has onboarded more than 8MM+ customers & 300K+ merchants/agents onto the platform in 2.5 years since launch, processing ~$10BN+ worth of transactions. Naman has a demonstrated skillset in data-first approach to product thinking, design-controlled experiments, product innovation, data visualization, storytelling, causal inference, econometric tools & statistical modeling. He has a strong TechStack which includes Data Scientist, Research Scientist, SQL, Mobile, Python, ML, AWS, GCP, Jupyter, SVM, XGBoost, Seaborn, AI, NLP, Scikit, test, Pandas, Flask, and Apache Hive. In the past, Naman has worked as a Contributor for Towards Data Science and as a Data Scientist for Sarva, where he developed a prototype of an ML-based personalized meditation app that raised $6MN in funding from Jennifer Lopez & Alex Rodriguez and later deployed and onboarded 500K+ users in under a year. Naman holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Science from Anna University.
