Naman Dubey is an experienced MTS 4 SDET at Nutanix with over 7 years of relevant experience in software testing, automation testing, product management, and public speaking. He is highly skilled in writing and enhancing automated tests to expand the coverage and modified to map with changing functionality on automated framework based on python and REST API, XML – Backend API Testing. Naman has actively regressed and analyzed/ fixed the script issues during interop non-functional testing and worked in testing the interoperability in the SDDC Stack – Esxi, vcenter, NSXT, NSXV, PKS, Kubernetes, Docker, and Harbor. Naman is proficient in using editors such as PyCharm, Eclipse, and Jupyter and has versioned code in GitLab, Git, and SVN. He has also developed greyed out places in networking automation and has Linux command expertise in CentOS and Fedora. Naman has set up a private cloud (Kubernetes) using VMware products environment and used protocols HTTP, HTTPS, and SMPS. He has also set up networking components virtually, including DNS, DHCP, SAN, NFS. Naman has created test plans/ strategy while analyzing requirements and has managed and provided oversight for deployment of releases into production environments. He has identified/ developed new automation tools/ approaches that will increase quality, development velocity, and decrease testing cost. Naman has hands-on experience in test planning, test development, testing, and defect submission, including customer escalated defect validations. Naman has worked in an Agile environment for over 3 years and has identified E2E scenarios that exercise operational and business workflows and automate. He has led teams for rapid testing results with quality as a priority and has been part of HOTFIX, Patch, and Monthly Update Team (ERT). Naman understands and enhances the script in Python as per sprint requirement and owns the entire software lifecycle, from system design to implementation, release, operation, and continuous, iterative improvement. Naman has previously worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Citrix and Senior Product Engineer at VMware (Harman). He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Science from Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering and a diploma in Computer Science from Army School Jammu Cantt.
