He has been building businesses since the age of 12 and has scaled them 20x by implementing strategic improvements. Currently, he is the Founder and CEO of a stealth company that is building a next-gen AI-driven organizational efficiency platform for high-growth businesses around the world. With 6.52 years of relevant experience, Naman has worked with leading companies such as VOIZ, SawoLabs, ImpactGuru, GrowMyAI, and AIESEC. As Head of Product at VOIZ, he was responsible for end-to-end products that included in-house ATS, LMS, and CRM with all landing pages enclosed for marketing and growth. Naman increased product growth by 40% to achieve business goals and decreased churn rate by 35% through user journey fixes and improvements. He also expedited end-to-end feature deliveries to reach the prospected timelines fast. At SawoLabs, Naman was the Product Manager and handled overall product management, including core product, user experience, strategy, integrations, and analytics. He drove feature launches and decided priorities to grow the product in general and managed regular competitor product teardown to analyze market requirements and competitor's growth. Naman holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Chandigarh Group of Colleges and has also completed a summer school in Cross-Cultural Communication from DOBA Business School.
