Naman Jain is a skilled computer engineer with a passion for teaching and technology. He also assisted a $200+bn bank in their HR transformation from legacy in-house applications to Oracle HCM Cloud. Naman is a skilled analyst and has performed detailed analyses on compensation data, generated reports, and automated selection criteria for reports and interfaces, reducing turnaround time by 25%. He has also managed status reporting and client conversations during UATs and imparted knowledge transfer sessions for clients. Before joining Deloitte, Naman worked as a Technical Head at the National Institute of Technology Delhi, where he built the front-end, user authentication, and payment integration modules of the university fest website for two consecutive years. He used MySQL database to manage event registration data and managed a web development team of five members. Naman has a Master of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Stony Brook University, which he will complete in December 2022. He also holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Delhi.
