Naman Kaushik is a Software Engineer at Walmart with a strong passion for solving real industry problems using AI/ML. He is an alumnus of the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (BHU) Varanasi, where he pursued an Integrated dual degree B.Tech & M.tech in Mechanical Engineering. Currently, Naman is part of a highly motivated, robust, and dedicated innovation team of U.S Omni Tech - Supply Chain Pillar at Walmart. His primary responsibility is to solve and identify problems within the vast supply chain of Walmart using AI/ML. He is constantly exploring new innovative solutions along the way. In his previous role at Walmart, Naman worked as a Software Developer Intern with the innovation team of the supply pillar. During his internship, he worked on three projects involving studying and evaluating data, creating new and improvising existing machine learning model pipelines. He worked with images, texts, and physics simulators. As part of the team, he won an internal hackathon. Naman's educational background in Mechanical Engineering has given him a unique perspective on problem-solving. He has a strong foundation in mathematics and physics, which he leverages to develop robust and efficient algorithms. He completed his schooling at Ryan International School in India. Naman's technical skills include Software Engineering, ML, and AI. He has relevant experience of 0.86 years in the industry. He is a quick learner and has a strong work ethic. He is always looking for new challenges and opportunities to learn and grow.
