Naman Parmani is a final year computer science engineering student at Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore, with a passion for creating something using the latest technologies. He loves being an engineer because it involves creating things, whether it is code that helps a software company or hardware that industries rely on. Naman has worked on various projects for the courses he has taken, and every project has been a learning experience for him. He has gained a broad understanding of various technologies, methods, and tools under the umbrella of computer science. Naman has worked on several exciting projects, including an emergency alarm that uses ML to read users' emotions and sends an alert to pre-saved contacts if it detects surprise, shock, or anger. He has also automated solving of Google reCAPTCHA v3 puzzle to ease automated security attacks and created an assistant that helps you memorize a piece of text by prompting you when you go wrong while reciting. Naman has been in the board of directors of two esteemed clubs in his college, which helped him sharpen his communication skills and gain exposure. All the soft skills he has gained during his experience make him very confident, and that will translate to an immediate impact in the engineering roles he takes up. Naman's key skills include Java, Data Structures and Algorithms, Object-Oriented Programming, SQL, Data Connections and Computer Networks, Machine Learning, and Soft Computing. He is currently working as an SDE Intern at zeoti and has previously worked as a Technology Intern at Deloitte and as the Director of Marketing at E-Cell, VIT. Naman holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Information Technology from VIT, which he will complete in December 2022. He also has a high school degree from The Sanskaar Valley School. His relevant experience is 0.86 years, and his tech stack includes Software Engineering, ML, SQL, and Java.
