Her work involves applying algorithmic differentiation and gradient descent techniques to fit a biomechanical model represented as coupled ordinary differential equations, which describe forces among cells as they self-organize. She has used Python, Autograd, Matplotlib, Numpy, and other technologies for this project. Namita has prior experience working as a Research Fellow at Utah State University, where she worked on the same project. She has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Acropolis Institute of Technology and Research, Manglia Chouraha, Indore, and completed her high school from St. Jude's Higher Secondary School.
