Namrata Chilika is an experienced Data Engineer with over 8 years of relevant experience in the field. She is currently working at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Data Engineer, where she is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines using various tools and technologies such as AWS, PySpark, and SQL. Prior to her current role, Namrata has worked as a Specialist Programmer at Infosys and as a Java and Big Data Developer at TCS. At Infosys, she designed, established, and delivered end-to-end data pipelines on cloud-based AWS platforms using PySpark, SQL, S3, and Netezza. She also ingested data from various sources such as Netezza and Oracle using Sqoop and REST API. At TCS, she utilized distributed systems and built data pipelines leveraging Spark using Java API as per business rules. She also optimized the execution time for Spark jobs by performance analysis, tuning, and debugging issues. Namrata holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from Orissa Engineering College (OEC), Bhubaneswar. She is also an AWS Certified Solutions Architect-Associate and has expertise in various technologies such as AWS, Spark, Big Data, Python, SQL, Java, Kafka, Hadoop, Integration, Backend, Apache Hive, Apache Airflow, test, Web, HDFS, MySQL, and Software Engineering.
