Namrata Swain is a highly skilled Software Engineer currently working at Microsoft in the Azure DevOps team. She graduated from NSIT, New Delhi, a Tier 1 college in India, with a Bachelor's in Engineering in 2021, where she was a Departmental Topper for four consecutive years. Namrata's academic excellence earned her a full tuition fee waiver. Namrata is passionate about programming and problem-solving, with expertise in Java, Core Java (Spring Framework and SpringBoot), Python (Numpy, Pandas), C# (ASP.NET), and Relational databases (MySQL, Postgres). She also has a strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms. Namrata has experience working as a Full-stack Developer and Android Developer before joining Microsoft. She is fully proficient in Web Technologies such as Javascript, React, React-Native, HTML, and CSS. Namrata has worked at booming tech startups that gave her the confidence to solve complex problems single-handedly and work in high-pressure environments. She has participated in numerous Hackathons, out of which she won the WIT-Engage Hackathon 2021 organized by Microsoft. Namrata's past work experiences include working as a Full Stack Developer at Konfhub Technologies LLP, where she worked on a standalone live project, developing a Full-stack URL shortener. She also worked as a Full-stack Developer at Kosh, a Y-combinator-funded startup. At Kosh, Namrata built the company website from scratch using HTML, CSS, Javascript, and React, developed a cross-platform mobile application using React Native, and worked on vernacular support as one of the key features of the application.
