Namratha Paramel Somachudan is a skilled Software Engineer with over 4 years of relevant experience in the industry. She is currently working at Cerner as a Software Engineer - I, where she is involved in developing Cerner Care Predictor, a software-only device that helps healthcare professionals achieve quality outcomes for adult hospitalized patients. She is actively looking for SE Intern roles for the summer of 2023, while pursuing her Masters in Computer Science from 2022 to 2024. Namratha is a member of the SWE community and has previously worked as a Software Intern at Cerner, where she developed a Hospital Management System application. Her objectives were to achieve a paperless hospital up to 90%, low-cost reliable automation of existing systems, and excellent security of data at every level of user-system interaction. She utilized MySQL, Java for RESTful web services, Bootstrap, HTML, JavaScript + ECMA Script 6, CSS, Jasmine testing framework, and Selenium for automation. Namratha has also completed an internship at Aabasoft, focusing on the basics of the Internet Of Things (IoT). She was involved in the development of an Embedded web client and IoT server hosting with Arduino boards, and hands-on training sessions with Arduino boards helped her understand more about the application of IoTs in the real world. Namratha holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Amrita University, where she studied from 2015 to 2019. She also completed her Higher Secondary School education in Computer Science from Bhavan's Vidya Mandir, Eroor, and her Secondary School education from the same institution. Namratha's technical skills include Software Engineering, SQL, Java, JavaScript, Web, Selenium, testing, and MySQL. She is a dedicated and hardworking individual with a passion for solving chaotic problems using her technical skills.
