Namrita Rao is a Product Manager at Geektrust with a passion for solving problems that create equitable opportunities. With over 12 years of relevant experience, she has worked in various roles in the technology industry, including as a Business Analyst at ThoughtWorks and a Product Manager at EkStep Foundation. At Geektrust, Namrita is responsible for the developer app, which helps talented developers get spotted by the right companies based purely on the quality of their code, not on their past experience or educational background. Prior to this, at EkStep Foundation, she worked on designing and rolling out consumer apps that serve on average 1.3M DAU in 30 states/UTs across India. As a platform and product PM, she worked closely with teachers, students, parents, NGOs, and government stakeholders across the country to carve out a roadmap that is configurable, extendable, yet learner-centric, catering to a variety of use cases. Namrita has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from SSN College of Engineering and has completed a course in Growth Marketing from GrowthX Academy. She is skilled in product management, mobile development, testing, research, and integration. In her previous roles, she has mentored junior business analysts, facilitated workshops for clients' customers, and led cross-functional teams that use a combination of data analysis and user research to improve key activation, engagement, and retention metrics for products.
