Nancy is proficient in the development and maintenance of complex Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud environments, maintains all aspects of Salesforce standard and custom objects, workflows, validations, complex formulas, Flows, permissions/roles, processes, page layouts, picklists, reporting/dashboards, Entitlements/SLAs, sandboxes, change sets, email-to-case, import/export data. Nancy has a comprehensive understanding of CRM business processes including Account Management, Case Management, Quote, Forecasting, Call Center, Campaign Management, and Lead Management. She is a Salesforce SME and interfaces with users, gathers requirements, and designs solutions to solve complex problems. Nancy collaborates with internal and external resources (Apex developers, architects, consultants, and vendors) to design and implement custom applications and solutions. Nancy has a BS in Computer Technology from the University of New Haven and has completed graduate clinical psychology classes from Antioch University.
