Nancy's entrepreneurial spirit led her to found Cinagro Farms, a range of organic and natural products for both edible and skin care purposes. She started this venture during her third year of college, and her aim is to build a direct-to-consumer organic brand and achieve the perfect market growth. Prior to her current role, Nancy worked as a Technical Recruiter at Propellence Consulting where she was responsible for screening resumes and managing the recruiting process for Tata Technologies and GKN Motors. Nancy holds a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from NMIMS and completed her high school education at Ecole Globale International Girls School in India. As a Research Scientist, Nancy is skilled in conducting in-depth research, analyzing data, and providing insights to drive business growth.
