Nancy Singhal Agarwal is an experienced consultant and expert software engineer with a passion for policy research and implementation. With 15 years of experience in management and coordination, Nancy has a deep understanding of the hospitality industry and has worked on a variety of projects related to gender mainstreaming, women's policy, diversity, inclusion, sustainability, and environmental policy. Currently working as a consultant at OECD-OCDE, Nancy is co-drafting two questionnaires to assess the level of integration of service delivery for people who have experienced or are currently experiencing gender-based violence. These questionnaires will be disseminated to member delegations to assess service integration efforts at the national level and non-governmental or private service providers operating in member countries. The responses to these will inform a forthcoming report which Nancy will also draft, in part. In her previous role at OECD-OCDE, Nancy was brought in to streamline and contribute to the "Global Best Practices for Gender Balance Toolkit" on behalf of the Policy Coherence for the Sustainable Development Goals Division (PCSDG). She drafted the front matter for the toolkit and two sections: "Understanding women's multidimensional empowerment" and "Equipping policymakers to pursue women's empowerment agenda, including in the aftermath of crises." Nancy's education history includes a Master of Public Administration (MPA) in Master's of Public Policy & Public Administration (MPPPA) from Concordia University and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science and Government from the same institution. Nancy's tech stack includes Java, software engineering, senior software engineering, integration, and research scientist. With 2.94 years of relevant experience, Nancy is well-equipped to take on new challenges and contribute to the success of any organization.
