Nanda Reynaldi is a highly skilled engineer with over 8 years of experience in the tech industry. Currently, he is the Head of Engineering at Bitwyre, where he is responsible for building a high-scalable crypto exchange with low-latency. He leads the Infra & SRE team to build the infrastructure and internal tools with Rust, Golang, Kubernetes, Proxmox, KVM based on-premises data center. In the past, Nanda has worked as an Engineering Manager at Pahamify, where he managed 30+ people from the engineering team. He acted as a Scrum Master and led Scrum ceremonies to ensure the product plan was released on schedule. He also conducted managerial interviews for candidates and trained the team to do technical interviews. Nanda drafted quarterly OKRs and Engineering KPIs, improved product quality, security, and performance, and built a hiring pipeline to improve engineering experience and onboarding. As an initiator and technical fellow at Teraswork, Nanda built collaboration tools to make 10x productivity for distributed and remote teams.
