Nandan Padar Chandrashekar is a highly motivated and curious learner with a passion for Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. With over 8 years of experience in the industry, he has worked in both early-stage startups and established enterprise environments. Currently, he is working as a Software Engineer at Harness, where he is building Machine Learning Data Pipelines for Continuous Verification. Nandan earned his Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern California and his Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Sri Jayachamarajendra College of Engineering, Mysore, India. Prior to joining Harness, he worked at DeepCurrent, where he developed various Machine Learning models for structured information extraction, handwritten signature detection, and document classification. He also worked as a Machine Learning Intern at Jump, where he helped develop a social media platform for achieving student aspirations. In addition to his technical skills, Nandan has experience as a Business Application Developer at Cisco Systems, Bangalore, where he worked for three years. He also interned at NDS Systems, which was later acquired by Cisco, and now known as Cisco Video Technology Group. Nandan's technical expertise includes Python, Spring, AWS, CNN, Sagemaker, Docker, Flask, Postgres, Keras, Adversarial Networks, GAN, Deep Learning, Java, Tensorflow, Pandas, and MongoDB. He has a strong background in Software Engineering, Data Science, and Research Science, making him a well-rounded professional in the field of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
