Nandini Damodaran is an accomplished leader with over 19 years of experience in defining, managing, and implementing long-term strategic initiatives. She is an experienced technology manager with software application support, development, and test experience in the retail domain. Nandini has extensive experience with risk, change, and operations management, cross-functional collaboration, and process improvement. Nandini has demonstrated her ability to build and support diverse teams. Her responsibilities include supporting multiple project managers, engineers, and architects and providing career growth opportunities, mentoring, and guiding them to deliver their efforts. She has experience in both waterfall and Agile (Scrum and Kanban) methodologies. Currently, Nandini is the Manager of IT Development at Costco Travel.
