Before joining Spice Route Finance, Nandu was the CEO of Spice Route Business, where he worked with early-stage entrepreneurs, assisting them with fundraising, setting up entities in Singapore, US, Europe, and India, and efficiently managing such entities. He was also the operations lead at BloomBloom DreamBiz Private Limited, where he was involved in conceptualizing and piloting the first line of business. His major responsibilities included meeting startups, constant evaluations of financial metrics, business indicators, hiring, compliance, sales, and marketing. Nandu holds a Master of Science degree from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a Company Secretaryship degree from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He also has a Bachelor’s degree from Mar Ivanios College, Trivandrum, Kerala, and a Higher Secondary Education degree from St. Mary's HSS, Trivandrum, Kerala, with a focus on computer science.
