He has held several leadership positions at Uber, including Director of People Operations and HR Director of Community Ops (Global Customer Support), where he has led various initiatives to enhance the employee experience and drive operational excellence. Prior to joining Uber, Nanjappa has worked with several other renowned organizations, gaining valuable experience in HR operations and talent management. His experience spans across various industries, including technology, financial services, and retail. Nanjappa is a results-driven leader who is passionate about building high-performing teams and driving organizational success through effective HR strategies.
