Nanqing Dong is a Ph.D. student in Computer Science at the University of Oxford with a passion for software engineering, machine learning, and computer vision. As a Teaching Assistant in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Oxford, Nanqing has taught courses in Databases, Machine Learning, Imperative Programming, and Quantum Information. Prior to joining Oxford, Nanqing was a Teaching Assistant at Keble College, where he taught courses in Databases and Discrete Mathematics. He also worked as a Software Engineer at Petuum, Inc., where he focused on machine learning and computer vision for artificial intelligence in fashion. Nanqing holds a Master of Science degree in Statistical Science from Cornell University and is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Computer Science at the University of Oxford. His research interests include machine learning, computer vision, and natural language processing. With 2.93 years of relevant experience in software engineering, machine learning, and computer vision, Nanqing has developed a strong tech stack that includes expertise in software engineering, machine learning, and computer vision. He is a dedicated learner and is always seeking new challenges to expand his knowledge and skills.
