With over 6 years of relevant experience, Naomi is a seasoned technology leader with a strong background in AI, Javascript, NodeJS, ReactJS, and ML. She specializes in building software engineering teams that are aligned, engaged, and productive. Naomi's passion for engineering and technology began with her Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Thapar University. She went on to earn a Master's degree in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology and completed an Executive Education program in Leadership and Strategy from Harvard Business School. Naomi's professional experience includes working as a Tech Lead for Uber's Maps AI team, where she was responsible for building the next generation of Uber Maps using machine learning. She also served as a Tech Lead for Global Growth at Uber, where she designed and built infrastructure for the growth of Uber's driving partners in emerging markets. As the CEO of Hatica, Naomi is committed to helping engineering teams do their best work. She is passionate about using data to improve team alignment, engagement, and productivity.
