Narayana Kandula is an accomplished software development leader with over 14 years of experience in launching new products from conception to release in small, mid-size, and large technology companies. He is currently the Vice President of Engineering and Head of UI at Aviso AI, where he is responsible for transforming teams and software at scale. Narayana has a proven track record of concurrently driving multiple products to launch with agility, on-time, and within budget. He is experienced at building and leading world-wide, cross-functional teams to develop enterprise applications targeted toward enterprise information technology, software engineering, and finance departments, as well as consumer-oriented, Web 2.0 applications. Known for his ability to blend strategic thinking, business acumen, and technical knowledge, Narayana is skilled in building technical teams, including Software Engineering teams and Operational Engineering / NOC teams. He also has a deep understanding of both the Consumer and Enterprise space, having released applications and services for both. As a Technological Leader, Narayana has a demonstrated history of Technical Architect(UI). He is skilled in User Interface Design, VueJS, ReactJS, AnularJS, Mineral, Material, SAP UI5, HTML, OOJS, jQuery, Single Page Applications (SPA), and Agile Methodologies. Narayana has previously worked as a Sr Technical Architect - UI (IN5) at Broadcom and as a UI Architect at SAP. He holds a Master of Technology in Software Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani and a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Sai Spurthi Institute of Technology.
