Narayanan Moorthi is a highly skilled Software Engineer Staff with over 15 years of relevant experience in the design and development of 4G-LTE RRC, 5G-NR EN-DC Wireless Protocols, and Network Interfaces S1-AP, X2AP. He possesses excellent debugging skills in UE/eNB’s protocols stack and has a good understanding of 3GPP standards 36.331, 36.413, 36.423, 36.300, 36.321, 36.213, 36.212, and 37.340 – EN-DC (5G). Narayanan has a good understanding of HARQ Process (Adaptive and Non-Adaptive, DTX), DL Resource Allocation Types – RAT 0/1/2, MAC Functionalities – SR/BSR/DRX/CDRX/Smart UL Scheduler/RACH, and CSI validation (CQI/RI), Power Control. He is also experienced in debugging, troubleshooting, problem-solving, defect tracking, and report analysis. Currently, Narayanan is working as a Software Engineer Staff at Radisys, where he is responsible for developing and designing software for wireless protocols and network interfaces. He has previously worked as a Senior Real-Time Embedded Software Engineer at Airspan Networks, where he implemented various features in LTE eNB protocols (RRC, S1AP, and X2AP) and provided technical support to the development team. Narayanan has also worked as a Software Engineer Grade 5 at Intel, where he developed LTE-UE L3 RRC protocol and worked closely with customers to meet their requirements and deliver releases on time with quality. He has experience in working with 3GPP standards and enhancing new features as per customer requirements. In addition to his technical skills, Narayanan has a strong work ethic and is committed to delivering high-quality work.
