He is currently working as a Consultant - CRM at Cognizant, where he has been involved in various projects and roles, including front-end design/development, integration with back-end systems/services, and software configuration management. Narayanan is a skilled developer with expertise in Java, Spring, and Hibernate, among other technologies. He has also gained experience in regression testing, QA testing, and production support infrastructure. In addition to his current role, Narayanan has held various positions at Cognizant, including Associate - GTO, where he worked on software metrics-based products and undertook evangelization of products to get hundreds of applications on-board. He also worked on an FAQ automation chatbot and implemented a proof-of-concept web app to demonstrate the viability of W3C draft standard involving linked data and a representation scheme for user claims.
