Narayann Swaami is a seasoned Sr. Management Professional with over 21 years of experience in coaching software development teams to take their software delivery to the next level. He specializes in using Agile Process (Scrum/Kanban/XP) and Engineering Practices like TDD, BDD, Clean Code Principles, Refactoring, XP, and Continuous Delivery. Narayann is a firm believer in building teams in an informal way and having fun in the process. He has helped over 60 teams implement or improve their use of different agile methods. Narayann has worked in various roles in his previous lives, including Development Manager, Tech Lead, Software Developer, and Support Engineer. He has deep knowledge of System Architecture, Design Patterns, Algorithms, C++, Core Java, Angular, React, RDBMS (SQL), and NoSQL. Narayann has worked on both Waterfall and Agile development on Unix/Linux. Currently, Narayann is serving as Vice President at JP Morgan. Previously, he worked as Agile Coach at Société Générale, where he coached software development teams on Agile Process and enabled them to go to the next level in terms of how their software is delivered. He also worked as Engineering Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where he managed a couple of teams using Agile Methodologies to deliver software that enables the Life Technologies/Thermo Fisher cloud. Narayann holds an Executive MBA from Sunstone Business School, a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from NIT Warangal, and Intermediate in Maths, Physics, and Chemistry from Little Flower Junior College, Uppal, Hyderabad. He completed his Class 10 ICSE from Hyderabad Public School. Narayann's tech stack includes Software Engineer, SQL, Senior Software Engineer, Java, NoSQL, AngularJS, and AWS.
