Naren Sadhwani is a highly motivated mechanical engineer with over 9 years of experience in the aviation industry. Currently, Naren is the Founder and CTO of iir technologies pvt. ltd, where he has worked on various aircraft engine projects for civil large and civil small medium engine sectors. Prior to this, he worked at Rolls-Royce as a Thermal Fluids Engineer and Graduate, where he proposed and implemented a solution after studying different Oil Mist Elimination Techniques. Naren holds a Master's degree and a Master of Technology - MTech in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and a Masters in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from RWTH Aachen University. He also completed his Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Bombay and was an exchange student at Northeastern University. Additionally, he received a High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates from St.Xaviers Mirzapur. Naren is a good problem solver and is capable of managing numerous tasks simultaneously without losing attention to detail while maintaining high standards of workmanship.
