Naresh Balusu is a highly skilled Software Engineer with 7.03 years of experience in the field. He is currently working as an Intern at Robotics Lab at Arizona State University. Naresh has a strong background in machine learning techniques, having synthesized hand grasp from low-dimensional space and probabilistic model using these techniques. He has also developed a hand model in Matlab for simulation of hand grasps from captured joint data. Naresh has participated in the Nvidia workshop on Deep Neural Networks-DNN, where he gained valuable knowledge about this cutting-edge technology. He has also compared the 2-low-dimensional space of each continuous grasp form different dimensionality reduction techniques. From one of the lower dimensionality space, cluster Gaussian mixture model and pick continuous high probable points and transform to 22-high dimension hand grasp. Previously, Naresh worked as an Intern at Samsung, where he was involved in a Networking Project on Internet of Things. He was responsible for setting up framework of peers and built a part of Android application and gateway. He also analyzed TCP-IP protocols when sending files in dynamic network congestion. Naresh has a strong technical background in Android, ML, Neural Networks, and Mobile. Naresh holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Arizona State University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from National Institute of Technology Warangal. Naresh is a highly motivated individual with a passion for learning new technologies and solving complex problems. He is an excellent team player and has strong communication skills.
