Naresh has an excellent understanding of the IT manpower supply scenario and is adept at devising the right strategies to acquire talent. He is also well-versed in the global recruitment market, emerging/niche/super niche technologies, and trends. As a hands-on Talent Acquisition Head, Naresh has rich experience in bulk hiring, hiring skilled laterals, and leading large teams from the front.
