Naresh Singhal is a technology leader with extensive experience in software product development, from concept to launch and growth. He has worked with early-stage startups to mid-size organizations, managing engineering teams of up to 200. Naresh specializes in software engineering leadership, business and product strategy, lean and agile methodologies, and building high-performing teams and scaling startups. Currently, Naresh is the Chief Technology Officer at airbeam wireless technologies inc. He is responsible for leading the company's technology strategy and product development initiatives. Prior to this, Naresh was the Chief Technology Officer at first responder technologies, where he built revolutionary public safety and smart city technologies, including a concealed weapon detection device and a smart AI camera for openly carried weapon detection. Naresh has also worked at evergent, inc. as the Product & Solution Delivery leader. He led several product and solution delivery excellence initiatives, including next-gen user experience and full enterprise agile rollout across a diverse set of teams and 200+ strong engineering organization. Naresh has a strong focus on user experience and usability, web-scale system architecture, and customer, strategic partner, and vendor management. Naresh holds an Executive Education degree from Stanford University and a B.S. in Electronics & Communications from NIT Kurukshetra. He has a diverse tech stack, including AI, AWS, Web, Javascript, Frontend, UI, Backend, NodeJS, ML, Redux, Mobile, Test, ReactJS, SQL, DevOps, Azure, CI/CD, and MongoDB.
