Naresh Waswani is an accomplished Cloud Architect with over 16 years of experience in design and development. He is currently a Senior Architect at Simpplr, where he specializes in AWS, Kubernetes, Cloud Migration, Microservices, and Mobility. Naresh is a core member of the Cloud Architect Group at Persistent Cloud Business Unit, where he works extensively on solution architecture and design, development, requirement analysis, scope planning, estimation, integration and testing, deployment and configuration, and code management. He also works with the pre-sales team to provide high-level technical solutions, estimation, resource planning, and delivery schedules for new opportunities/business proposals. Naresh is responsible for end-to-end ownership of the work, right from RFP phase to execution and delivery of the project. He specializes in migrating legacy applications from on-premise to AWS Cloud and setting up cloud infrastructure as per compliance needs. Naresh is experienced with cloud-native development and designing solutions for multi-tenant systems. He has architected applications using the serverless stack on AWS Public Cloud and is well-versed with agile and waterfall methodologies and tools and techniques associated with these models. Naresh is a technology enthusiast who mentors and builds development teams for delivering high-quality software. He handles multiple projects in parallel and conducts technology sessions for folks under Persistent Cloud Business Unit. Naresh is also a speaker at technology conferences and has written technical blogs on Medium Blog site. He has eight AWS certifications, including professional and specialty level certifications. Naresh runs a Slack channel for cloud enthusiasts, which is whitelisted for Persistent Employees only. Naresh has previously worked as a Principal Architect and Senior Technical Specialist at Persistent Systems. He holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Information Technology from SRMS College of Engineering and Technology. Naresh also completed his AISSCE from Lucknow Public School, Lucknow.
