Narmada Prabakaran is an experienced Product Manager with over 13 years of experience in the technology industry. Currently, she is working at PayPal as a Manager of Product Management. In her current role, she is responsible for developing and managing the product roadmap for PayPal's platform. Prior to joining PayPal, Narmada worked at Visa as a Senior Product Manager and at USAA as a Product Manager. During her time at USAA, she led a cross-functional team to develop an MVP for Send, Receive & Request Money transactions through DDA & Debit Network, which resulted in a significant increase in user traffic by 500K+ MAU. She also defined and owned the entire backend process for Send, Receive & Request Money Transaction, focusing primarily on business rule processor, Fraud & AML rules, Transaction Status & Audit (for MSR and member view), Transaction Codes, Settlement & Recon, Member Notifications, etc. Narmada has a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from the College of Engineering, Guindy, and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Aberdeen. She is also proficient in various technologies such as product management, P2P, mobile, backend, and web.
