Narpat S. is a skilled software engineer with experience in the fintech, logistics, and EdTech industries. He has a strong background in building customer-facing products, microservices, and product features from scratch. Narpat's technical skills include proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Javascript, Java, and C++, as well as databases like Postgresql, MySQL, Redis, and Firestore. He is also experienced in using Node JS, Django, RabbitMq, GitHub, Github actions, Android studio, Heroku, Arduino, and Raspberry pi. Currently working as a Software Engineer - II at Airbase, Narpat has previously worked as a Software Engineer at Freightwalla, where he developed the core components of the carrier tracking service and increased its efficiency from 65% to 95%. He also designed an algorithm to predict key events, developed a customer-facing UI that integrates the display of the vessel route, live location, and milestones in a map, and automated data extraction, transformation, and loading from mail attachments.
