Naseem Ali is a highly skilled Software Engineer with a passion for learning and improving his system design skills. With expertise in full-stack web and mobile application development, he is experienced in deploying applications online. He is also interested in data science, deep learning, and how computing can be used for social good. Naseem was one of 350 Indian students selected from a pool of 10,000 applicants to receive the Udacity Google India Challenge Scholarship. During his 6 months of graduation at Udacity, he learned Android app development. He has also interned at two startups, where he gained experience in web development, Android development, and client relationship skills. Naseem has a strong command of MERN, Python, Java (Spring Boot), SQL, AWS, Elastic Search, Docker, Kubernetes, and data analysis tools. For mobile application development, he prefers MVVM over MVP or MVI architectures. He is currently seeking software developer opportunities in India and would love to connect with like-minded professionals. Currently, Naseem is working as a Joule Fellow at Smart Joules Pvt. Ltd., where he is helping the Joule Track frontend team develop a tool for database integration using Graphql, MySQL, and PostgreSQL as a single unified ORM based data service that can be accessed using React.js based front end. In his past roles at Smart Joules Pvt. Ltd., Naseem collaborated with the Joule Track backend team to develop new backend service APIs using NodeJS, elastic-search, and Graphql for integration into DeJoule OS. He also upgraded the backend server, resulting in a decrease in the API endpoints from 50+ to 1. Additionally, he facilitated the front-end team in easy integration of backend API for a fast, friendly, and more engaging UI which decreased the customer drop-offs by 10% for the Joule Track product. Naseem completed his Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from DIT University in 2020.
