Naseha Sameen is a highly accomplished Dreamer, Author, Data Scientist, Change Agent, and Childfree by Choice with over 17 years of experience in delivering operational efficiency by challenging the status quo and providing thought leadership. She is currently serving as a Site Workforce Manager (World Wide Capacity Planning) at Amazon, where she oversees the optimization of costs and improvement of efficiency by implementing strategic programs to transform business processes on the bedrock of analytics, data modeling, and LEAN/Six Sigma approach. Naseha has built departments to suit business needs, managed pain areas to provide time-bound solutions, planned sustainability of existing and new solutions, and transformed processes for NVA and defect identification and minimization. Her expertise lies in ensuring business continuity and improving KPIs while driving a culture of improvement, data science, including AI/ML, and automation. She has managed multiple stakeholders parallelly and resolved conflicts for effective program/project implementations across verticals/sites/centers. Prior to joining Amazon, Naseha served as a Manager Review Ops - Training | Transition | WFM - BI at SmartDrive Systems, where she was responsible for strategic and business planning, operational management and service delivery, process, resource, cost optimization, digital transformation, and automation, among others. She has also worked as Head of Operations at The Customer Experience Lab, where she oversaw the smooth run for operation, created the environment for harvesting existing clients, and created strategies for developing new business relationships. Naseha holds an M.A in Public Adm. from Andhra University, O level, A level in Computer from DOEACC, and a 10+2+3 B. Sc – Zool (H), IFF, chemistry from Utkal University.
