Nasreen is proud of her profession as it gives her opportunities to be herself and connect with different kinds of people. Nasreen's past experiences include being the Head of People & Culture at EWAR Games, where she attracted and recruited diverse candidates, onboarded and trained employees, developed talent, and drove performance. She also led culture-building efforts and built strong labor relations by managing the implementation of EWAR's first collective bargaining agreement and providing ongoing interpretation and administration of the final contract. Nasreen also worked as a freelance artist at Cosmopolitan Cosmetics Inc. Nasreen's educational background includes a PGDM from ISBR Business School, an MBA from Groupe ESC Troyes Champagne School of Management, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication from Pravaranagar Rural Education Society's Pravara Rural Engineering College, Loni. She also completed her primary and secondary education at Kendriya Vidyalaya, Mehsana, Gujarat, and her H.S.C at Kendriya Vidyalaya O.N.G.C, Panvel, Maharashtra, India.
