Natalia Grymnak is the Lead Talent Sourcer Engineering at Microsoft, where she manages, coaches, and mentors a team of 7 Talent Sourcers across several EMEA countries, including Ireland, Kenya, Nigeria, and the UK. Prior to her current role, Natalia worked as a Talent Sourcer Engineering at Microsoft, where she hired engineering talent for Microsoft's Development Centers EMEA, including SWE IC, Engineering Management, Site Reliability Engineering, and Service Engineering roles. She also worked on external technical events, referrals campaigns, and D&I initiatives, gathering talent and market insights, and looking for ways to improve talent engagement and sourcing strategies while maintaining great candidate experience. Before joining Microsoft, Natalia worked as a Technical Sourcer at Google, where she acted as a search expert for Google's Technical infrastructure - Site Reliability Engineering, ensuring quality and volume of hiring for EMEA/APAC/US regions. She successfully hired engineers for a variety of Google's core engineering areas and drove SRE EMEA diverse workforce pipeline in 2014 by increasing the number of hires in this area. Natalia holds a CIPD Certificate in HRM from the National College of Ireland and a Bachelor's Degree in Social Assistance Services from Universitatea Pedagogicã de Stat 'Ion Creangã'.
