He is currently working as a Software Engineer at Seso, where he is part of the engineering team building the first end-to-end recruiting and workforce management platform for the agriculture industry. Nathan is passionate about building world-positive products and has a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. Prior to joining Seso, Nathan worked as a Director of Engineering and Engineering Manager at Petal, a company that helps improve access to responsible credit with smarter lending technology. At Petal, he led full-stack and mobile teams, helping the company scale to 200+ employees, 300K+ customers, and $50M+ ARR. Nathan was responsible for reducing vendor costs, establishing and achieving service-level objectives for primary APIs, and delivering real-time purchase notifications with streaming architecture. Before Petal, Nathan worked on the Clinton presidential campaign engineering team, where he helped build the donation application. He also worked at Intuit on QuickBooks and Mint. Nathan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Bioengineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
