He was a full-cycle contract recruiter for G&A and GTM roles in San Francisco. Nathan sourced talent via Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, ZipRecruiter, Monster.com, and other platforms. He interviewed and matched talent with various contract and contract-to-hire opportunities. Nathan produced over 30% of the contract recruiting team’s revenue in Q1 and Q2 of 2019, closing over $1.2 million. He filled over 230 contract, contract to hire, and permanent placements in 2019, the 2nd highest in the company.
