Prior to joining Target, Nathaniel worked as an Associate Software Engineer at IDEMIA, where he developed microservices using Java and Spring Boot and worked with various data stores like Postgres and Elasticsearch. He also led a project for a new feature that the company was trying to create, which consisted of daily standups with various directors around the company while maintaining current documentation and delegating work to various teams. Nathaniel's earlier experience includes working as a Data Processing Tech at IWCO Direct, where he was responsible for taking raw data to be used for dynamic page content. He primarily used TSSUtil, which is a blend of COBOL, machine assembly, Basic, and Linux shell scripting. Over his career, Nathaniel has worked with over half a billion records for mailing. Nathaniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Colorado State University-Global Campus.
