Navami Suresh is an experienced IT Programmer at ANC Holdings LLC with a strong background in database management systems and SQL/PLSQL programming concepts. She has extensive knowledge and exposure to Toad and Data loader tools, as well as technofunctional knowledge of HRMS and PAYROLL. Navami is also experienced in enterprise reporting tool-CRYSTAL REPORTS and has in-hand experience in 8051 microcontroller, PIC 16F, 18F controllers, and ARM Processors. Navami is proficient in programming skills in MATLAB and VISUAL BASIC, and she is familiar with Xilinx ISE, MPLAB, and PROTEUS PROFESSIONAL. She has experience in the evaluation of designs using Simulation tool PSPICE and knowledge of embedded communication protocols and interface methodologies. Currently, Navami is working as an IT Programmer at ANC Holdings LLC, where she handles the task of designing and maintaining multi-layer forms and layouts in VB. She works on existing Crystal Reports to optimize and troubleshoot problems that occur due to new business requirements. Navami also optimizes various SQL queries to make the reports run faster. She handles the HRMS Software application and helps clients in generating their attendance and payroll. Additionally, she develops custom reports using Oracle reports and XML publisher and conducts end-user training. Prior to her current role, Navami worked as an Assistant Professor (in contract) at Government College of Engineering Thrissur, where she taught subjects like Digital Electronics, Soft Computing, Basic Electronics and Communication. She also handled the Laboratories (Linear Integrated Circuit Lab, Digital Electronics Lab), conducted weekly assessments, prepared monthly and quarterly assessment question papers, and was responsible for maintaining attendance records and updating them to the admin accordingly. Navami holds a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) degree in Digital electronics from CUSAT (Cochin University of Science and Technology) and an Engineer's Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from TKM College of Engineering, Kollam. She has 8.78 years of relevant experience and is proficient in SQL.
