Navaneeth Chander is a service-oriented business growth professional with over 10 years of experience in developing relationships and partnerships, servicing accounts, and boosting profits. He is a strategic and analytical thinker with a motivational leadership style and expertise in building new network connections, promoting products, and expanding territories. Navaneeth is currently working as a Training and Quality Manager at Newton School, where he conducts orientation sessions, on-the-job training, and cross-training exercises for new hires. He coordinates and prioritizes required training courses for Startup Sales and Enterprise Sales and manages all exempt employee coaching, training, and performance improvement actions. Navaneeth has also developed departmental systems and procedures to better align workflow processes and assessed skill gaps for employees in Sales Department and developed training courses to meet identified needs. Navaneeth has previously worked as a Manager - Hiring Partnership and Associate - Hiring Partnership at Newton School, where he managed sales specialists, trained employees on new technology and sales methods, and coordinated activities and projects to plan sales department operations and meet timelines. He designed survey methods to evaluate inside sales team, collaborated with upper management to implement continuous improvements, and exceeded team goals. Navaneeth has hired, supervised, and coached employees on sales strategies to optimize performance and prepared reports based on target and forecasted sales and reported to Director of Sales. Navaneeth holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Marketing, Human resources, and Supply chain management from Sri Bhagawan Mahaveer Jain College and a Bachelor's degree in BBM from Jain College. He also completed his 2nd PU in Commerce from Jain College. Navaneeth has experience in Research Scientist and is passionate about learning and engaging himself in all possible opportunities that would teach him something new or better the knowledge that he already possesses.
