With over 19 years of versatile global experience, Navdeep has a proven track record of deriving order from chaos while navigating through organizational labyrinths to deliver value. Navdeep's expertise lies in leading global transformation programs across NA, LATAM, APAC, and EMEA with large distributed teams (~150FTE) and P&L responsibility. He is a computer engineer by education and has appended his strategic know-how with an Executive MBA from TUM School of Management, Munich, and Tsinghua University, Beijing. An articulate communicator, Navdeep can fluently speak the languages of both people and technology. He blends technical expertise with exceptional interpersonal skills while interacting effectively with Executive C-Level management and Technology/Business teams. Currently, Navdeep is working at BMW as an IT Strategy and Cloud Transformation expert.
