In this role, he develops project technology strategy by understanding key client objectives, diagnoses and maps client requirements, articulates solution risks and barriers, recommends project approaches, prepares time and cost estimates, and plans full project life cycle. Navdeep is responsible for system design, application architecture, data design, defining content lifecycles, setup and deployment of production environments while addressing performance and security concerns. He also serves as a technical expert across teams, clients, and vendors, working with alliances and partnerships to ensure a deep understanding of the technologies. Prior to ta digital, Navdeep worked as a Digital Analytics Engineer at Visa, where he worked as the "Tagging Implementation Expert" by evolving and managing the solution design reference documentation, which outlines analytics variables, rules, and use cases across web properties and applications. He also collaborated with multiple development teams to engineer and manage a digital data layer across Visa's various digital properties and translated Digital Product Managers' questions into KPIs that can be measured from tracking user interactions on-site and within mobile applications. Navdeep also worked at Adobe as a Senior Consultant - Digital Marketing/Web Analytics, where he provided technical consultation and solutions on Adobe Analytics components like Reports & Analytics, Report Builder, Ad Hoc Analysis, Workspace, Data Warehouse, DTM, Launch, Target, Media Optimizer, Experience Cloud, Mobile SDKs, etc. Navdeep holds a Certified Digital Marketing Master (CDMM) from Digital Vidya and a B.Sc (Animation & Multimedia) from BIT Mesra Student-Industry Relations Cell. He has a diverse tech stack, including Senior Software Engineer, Mobile, Web, Integration, SQL, test, QA, product manager, iOS, Android, AngularJS, Data Warehouse, and Salesforce.
