Naved Narayan is a dynamic and innovative leader with over 24 years of experience in the automotive industry. As the Vice President of Mobility Solutions and Center Head, he has a proven track record in strategy development and execution, innovation, project management, software development, and business development. Naved has extensive experience leading through transformation and has set up and mentored Centers of Excellence. He has also managed sales and marketing offices for organizations in Japan, giving him intercultural experience and a global perspective. Innovation is a key focus for Naved, and he has led with a focus on business model innovation. He is passionate about "giving to the future" and has partnered with CSR and NGOs to make a difference. Additionally, he has mentored and coached leaders within and outside the organization and founded and worked with international virtual teams as part of IEEE. As a member of the MIT Technology Review Global Panel, Naved is part of a community of business professionals who drive innovation and change. He is currently serving as a Mentor of Change at Atal Innovation Mission and has previously held positions as a WOL Mentor at Workoutloud and Co-initiator at Tender Wings, where he co-founded a platform for the education of orphaned and underprivileged children. Naved holds a B.Tech degree in Electronics Engineering from Model Engineering College, Cochin University of Science and Technology, as well as an Executive General Management Program from IIM Bangalore and online programs in Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economies from Harvard Business School and Circular Economy from Technische Universiteit Delft. As a software engineer, Naved is proficient in various tech stacks and has relevant experience in the field. His passion for exploring, experimenting, and experiencing the automotive industry, coupled with his leadership skills and innovative mindset, make him a valuable asset to any organization.
