Naveen Kiran Srivastava is an accomplished Engineering Manager at Google (via GlobalLogic) with over 14 years of experience in designing and programming web applications using Java, REST Microservices, and Cloud technologies. He is a passionate and creative professional who is not afraid to start afresh. He has a strong background in OOP, designing and developing applications from scratch, and is always eager to learn new things. Naveen is a team player who is not afraid to take the lead in projects and has very good knowledge of object-oriented design. Currently working as a TPM at Google, Gurgaon, Naveen has expertise in Java/J2EE technologies and end-to-end implementation of various projects, including Requirement Analysis, Designing, Development, Testing, Deployment, and Maintenance. He has over a decade of experience on the cutting edge Google tech stack and has worked as a full-stack developer on multiple projects, starting from scratch. Naveen is currently managing a team of 20+ high-performing engineers working across multiple projects. He has expertise in building highly scalable products with customer focus at the core. Prior to his current role, he has worked as a Consultant Engineer and Sr. Software Engineer II/III at GlobalLogic. Naveen holds a B.Tech. degree in Computer Science from DIT University (previously known as Dehradun Institute of Technology). He is a senior software engineer with expertise in Java, test, microservices, web, and software engineering. With over 15 years of relevant experience, Naveen is a fast learner and easily adaptable to new environments and technologies.
