Naveen's career has spanned across various roles in product management, software engineering, and consulting. He has worked with both Silicon Valley technology start-ups and Fortune 100 companies in the internet space. As a Product Management professional, Naveen is passionate about bringing simple yet efficient solutions to consumers through technology. He specializes in enterprise and consumer products, mobile applications, strategy, and people management. Prior to joining Facebook, Naveen worked as the Head of Product at RiseSmart, a leading platform that helps outplaced employees find their next job faster by providing semantic job matching, intelligent networking, and career coaching. During his tenure, he launched a self-service SaaS version of the product for the SMB market, launched native iOS and Android apps, and launched the first fully integrated "social outplacement" platform.
